Great support tool
Very positive, it is a tool that we use daily in VPN with our. customers
PROSIperius Remote is an excellent assistance tool: it can be activated very quickly even for less capable users, it allows you to quickly manage remote assistance. Screen sharing allows you to show the user how to run programs correctly. Chat saves endless spelling of complex words. It occupies relatively little bandwidth and allows an easy and effective exchange of files
