  • Pros

  • It's super easy to use and extremely functional. Whenever we need assistance with something, the support team is super helpful and fast.

  • The software is fairly easy to use, and customer support is happy to help if something is unclear. The setup is very straightforward.

  • Cons

  • have been using this for a while haven't had a any flaws yet but at times it slows. Aside that this is a fanastic support system and will recommend to any one to try it.

  • We have had some problems since the upgrade to version 10. However their tech support have been helpful getting the issues resolved.

  • Ele é muito leve e fácil de se utilizar, quando você se conecta remoto com alguma outra máquina ele não fica com delay

  • It's excellent very fast and very useful. I love the quality with which you work because it is the right one to work with.

  • Cons

  • None really. Teamviewer does what it is meant to do, and does it well. My one gripe would be the desktop application doesn't include all the features that the website login has.

  • Only a slight con ... it does slow some client machines but on newer faster machines this is not an issue.
