Pros/Cons
Pros
- This is a fantastic tool that levels up MSPs and enterprise helpdesks. I love the Flexible Assets and ready access to site info.
- The documentation system is great and the ability to download all the information you need is very helpful. It's also very secure and has a good innovation team behind it.
- Overall we are super happy with the product. Now that we have a better idea of the best way to use it, we can get our team onboard, and everyone will be happy and able to work more efficiently.
Cons
- It is regrettable that there is so little competition in this area. Because of this the product is expensive and the service poor.
- There isn't much that I can say about ITGlue that is negative.
- Per user license and Enterprise version is very costly.
Pros
- The Robo Form I use for my personal use, is wonderfully easy to use, and reliable. Easy to access from whatever computer I am on, which is really nice.
- One of the nice things I've noticed is the app is still improving. They are making changes to enhance ease of use which is great.
- It's nice that it is cross-browser compatible and gives me a great degree of flexibility.
Cons
- It does crash sometimes and will sometimes start using a bunch of CPU and I will have to kill the process.
- One of the choices is "Because the program and has too many bugs and causes problems. They know they have problems.
- There have been too many problems with Chrome browser extensions, and auto-fill seems to compete with the browser.
