  • Pros

  • Customers are usually very impressed and excited to see the reports, showing them any and all information they want to see regarding their company.
  • The ease of remotely accessing devices to help resolve issues is amazing. Not to mention the remote aspects of running procedures for software means we don't have to connect to any device.
  • Automation Ease of use Fully Featured Great integration. Pretty good selection of add-ons to extend services out to other areas (SSO, PSA, etc).
  • Cons

  • License issues constantly causing problems, support is hit or miss, AD discovery is completely broken, poor integration with AV products.
  • It lacks a low latency feature such as Zoho assist. If your customer has a poor connection, expect key presses to be delayed and your words being typed wrong.
  • The most buggy and useless pile of nonsense code in existence.

  • We have been pleased with the performance of Syncro and overjoyed with the savings of nearly 65% over our previous software.
  • Which was super simple to implement. We are in the process of implementing asset management, which has caused some issues that were easily resolved by customer support.
  • The are always very nice, helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. They are very interest in feedback and the Open Office Hours are awesome.
  • Cons

  • The lack of customization on the dashboard ui is a small complaint I have.
  • The absence of a built-in timer and a technician timesheet are missing features that would greatly enhance the software.
  • Your support is too slow to react, when something major take place. Look at the splashtop issue.I can understand it fixed now, but the fix is not rolled out asap to all client - disaster.
