Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love it's UX design that feels modern and easy to use. The conversation metaphore is very powerful and automation macros system is really neat.

  • It's been easy to use, and makes it easy to stay on top of many different customer issues. Whenever we have had a question Kayako support is able to fix the issue quickly in real time.

  • Cons

  • Pay to upgrade was the old way of doing things.

  • For the price, they are cheaper better livechat software out there but the support is outstanding. 5 stars for that.

  • Pros

  • The fact that it is easy to use. Many functions that are very useful. Great features and not at all hard to get used to.

  • Easy to use and navigate through to create cases/tasks/etc. Never had any issues using this software. I would recommend to other users.

  • Cons

  • There have been a few problems recently that have negatively impacted the customer base, but they've been great at communicating their progress.

  • Iam satisfied with Teamsupport tool but the video quality where we record for customers view using Red button option is not good. I feel it should be of more quality.
