  • Pros

  • Comparing any other current tools like freshdesk,everest. Etc, this is the best and cost effective tool.
  • Also, Kayako shows in real-time who is looking at a ticket, thus it made it easy for Customer Service as we could see if someone was already working on that ticket.
  • Cons

  • The utter lack of respect I was given as a long time customer was frustrating. I asked to get out of contract in the middle of a year long term for a partial refund.
  • The user interface looks just plain bad. Chat and knowledge base tools are also mediocre.

  • It's got an impressive UI and onboarding is pretty easy. Their price points are appealing and worth trying out if you are evaluating for your team.
  • I love the ease of use, the great customer service, and the features I like and use more than what other live chat systems offer.
  • Cons

  • Some of the videos are a bit confusing, for me at least.
  • Instead, Tidio sends it from their email which is tall and has random characters. Which may make customers feel that that's a spam.
