A great and simple solution
sometimes you need many people monitoring the same inbox. Having them all login is not a good solution, so keeping allows many workers to manage the same inbox.
CONSThere's nothing not to like. There are some improvements I've suggested to make it a bit FASTER to use, but basically it is excellent.

Great support ticket system directly in Google workspace
Very happy with the system in general. With a few tweaks it could be even better
PROSNo need to have another support ticket system, you can manage all your tickets directly in the browser in Google workspace. Makes it easier for everyone to manage.
CONSThe long subject lines with random letters and numbers are a bit confusing and visually distracting, it would be great if that could be hidden or removed.

The best gmail add on
We use keeping now for a year and it’s the best gmail add-on ever. Especially the shopify combination with preview data is great.

Great solution for small companies
We've been using Keeping for years now. It was good to start with and has been improved since then. When occasionally needed, the support has always been quick and effective.
PROSSimple, affordable solution to a complex business problem. Great for small businesses which don't need (and can't afford) the functionality offered by larger CRM solutions
CONSOngoing lack of app for mobile is disappointing but doesn't detract from the overall offering.

Best ticketing enhancement for Gmail
Our overall experience has been very good. It meets our needs without confusing our users.
PROSThere is no better tool available that I have found if your goal is to improve Gmail into a simple and effective ticketing system.
CONSHaving to maintain full compatibility with Gmail does force some quirks into the interface and usage of the tool that may not be present in more fully featured products dedicated to ticketing.
