If you have anyone in your company that's remotely-based, lessonly is a godsend. So easy, very fair pricing, and wonderful support/CSMs.

They are helpful, responsive, kind, and you can tell that they obviously have a fun time doing it all. I have found them to be very receptive to product recommendations, etc.

Lessonly is one of the best vendors to work with and the software is easy to use.

Lessonly made it super easy. You could just go in and answer directly on your computer and you could see your responses after you submit for when you review the answers with the group.

It's super easy to use as an admin or a user - love the capabilities to mix up text, video and gifs.

Lesson.ly has been a wonderful partner and has helped our training go from paper to e-learning quickly and easily. Great value for the cost and easy to use for both creator and end user.

Lessonly makes training fun and creative. When we need to get something communicated to the company, we can use Lessonly to make it engaging and quiz them to make sure they paid attention.

The beauty of this tool is, the ease of creating the courses. Integration with third party software like Slack and Salesforce is good.

The subscription is a little too expensive for the amount that we use it, and there are no smaller packages available.

I like how easy Lessonly is to use and how you can create your own quizzes.

I love how easy it is to build trainings in Lessonly. You do not have to be a traditional learning and development person to create lessons in Lessonly.

Their customer support has welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like family. They are on top of answering our questions with such delight, you can really feel they care.

I have minimal dislikes but I do dislike that media is unable to be added into pages in live pro without first uploading the media separately.

Integrates well with our phone system (Purecloud). So easy to search and find pages and the ability to add keywords.

With one source of truth, It’s quick and easy to use and effortless to update knowledge. The staff are all friendly and the support has been amazing.

Can be integrated with our CRM and telephoning system. We enjoy using the system for induction and quizzes to test people’s knowledge and ability to find articles.

Training up new authors is incredibly easy and allows for great flexibility in ramping up our knowledge management as needed for projects, etc.

I like that the usability aspect of the site formulates an easy to use platform, encouraging further use.

It has limited editing functions and the set up of some work instructions can be a bit tricky.

Livepro provides the means to have a single source of truth available to all employees but in a fun and engaging way.

I was disappointed to see a change last year whereby once the feedback item was opened & allocated I was unable to see it in the list again unless I navigated to the relevant information page.

The ability to communicate changes to processes and/or knowledge within the same system as the knowledge is kept has made a great difference to our company.

A Fantastic tool for a Customer Service Centre.

It is cost effective and ongoing support is provided as part of the monthly fee. Training is minimal, it is easy to use and intuitive.

Formatting is limited but this does not have any impact on the information contained within the knowledgebase.

Central storage of process and work flows, real-time notifications, content management, flexible licensing options and very easy to configure and use.

Within our organisation we view some livepro documents on mobile phones, there is no mobile app so this can be difficult to use for some things.

I absolutely love Livepro to bits, and the Livepro staff are quick to resolve any issues which incredibly rarely arise.

Currently we have practice guidance and instructions for staff that are unclear and are presented in a complicated way.

Live pro is a fantastic tool to help me refer to examination prices and codes when i cant remember them.

The Customer service and functionality is amazing.

I am unsure if it exists but a mobile or ipad version to edit in.
