Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and set up for the first time. Lots of good features for courses and adding various media.

  • It's incredibly user-friendly and gets the job done. It has many functions and helps makes the training processes fun.

  • Cons

  • Training is boring by nature so maybe adding some additional features or analytics would be fun to see while training.

  • This isn't a big deal, but it is still a work in progress.

  • Pros

  • They did and do exactly what they said they would, in the amount of time that they said they would do it and there were no hidden fees. The service is great. The quality rocks!

  • Mobile app is easy to navigate, never gives me any trouble.

  • Cons

  • Nextiva only had a few hit or miss moments in which case operations were suspended during heavy traffic times. Other than that, it is a great service they provide.

  • There are cheaper chat tools in the market but we prefer to use a higher quality service to ensure the best experience for our customers. It’s just better for everyone that way.
