Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love this software!! Love the whole concept. This is so easy to use and makes customer service so much more efficient!

  • Super easy to use. Great tool for communication and business

  • Cons

  • Sometimes the web app is slow to load when I want to supervise a chat, but otherwise, the software is great.

  • As our business has grown, this program didn't have the features to compete with some of the new services on the market. Great as a simple chat function, but not for more advanced needs.

  • Pros

  • I like that it's extremely fast to connect into devices. The UI is very responsive as well so it makes navigating and connecting VERY fast. I have had excellent session quality with this product.

  • Great tool for remote sessions. Easy to access as a user and easy to provide to clients requiring assistance.

  • Cons

  • Set up is a little demanding but their customer service reps helped. It is also a little slow, there is a definite lag especially when opening reports.

  • If you forget your password it locks you out for quite a while before being able to log back in again.
