  • Pros

  • Costumization of the chat box but also messages and other cool features that would make it so helpful.
  • It's awesome as I can serve my customers from anywhere. Another fantastic feature that I love is the flawless integration into the website.
  • Cons

  • The internet is a risky place, and people tend to always be worried about their information being shared.
  • On occasion LiveChat will loop in connect mode and stay stuck. I have had customers angry or more angry because they end up having to call anyway.

  • Customer support and white pages are helpful in troubleshooting issues and resolving problems from other solutions provided.
  • Ease of use and the ability for employees to self manage. Also communication is made easy and the systems integration capabilities.
  • Cons

  • Total waste of time for something that shouldn’t happen.
  • Expensive to customize and can be a bit frustrating if not customized. PeopleSoft can be built to work well with your company and the stock software can be frustrating without that custom investment.
