Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like that it's extremely fast to connect into devices. The UI is very responsive as well so it makes navigating and connecting VERY fast. I have had excellent session quality with this product.

  • Great tool for remote sessions. Easy to access as a user and easy to provide to clients requiring assistance.

  • Cons

  • Set up is a little demanding but their customer service reps helped. It is also a little slow, there is a definite lag especially when opening reports.

  • If you forget your password it locks you out for quite a while before being able to log back in again.

  • Pros

  • Very powerful tool, and very robust program. The amount of detail it can track is amazing! Quick to access the info that you want.

  • Great reporting functionality and lots of features to use.

  • Cons

  • The only con is that it takes time to set-up correctly but will allow you to scale and grow.

  • In some places I found it difficult to understand and understand the software on my own, but I was helped by numerous tutorials from the Internet and customer support.
