Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love the scheduling. I like that it shows where they should be and I can actually put the approximate time they should be there.

  • Excellent customer service. It's also cool that I can customize my charges.

  • Cons

  • It's never fun setting up software it wasn't difficult but it was a little bit time consuming. Once everything is set up it pretty much runs itself though.

  • There is nothing currently that i dislike but MHD, but I would love to see this product communicate better directly with other software that we are using.

  • Pros

  • Set up was easy. It took a few minutes to get used to the platform and where all the buttons are but then it was a breeze. I love it.

  • This software definitely serves its purpose. It is great to track productivity and I love that it has the ability to do a remote session which is often needed and utilized.

  • Cons

  • One-time remote access connections, while fairly easy, can sometimes be confusing when the one receiving support is technically challenged - it can take a little longer to talk them thru the process.

  • The fact that it does not run in its own application window instead of a browser. otherwise excellent
