The problem's solutions are usually on the internet. But it can not be detected problems led to the crisis in the company.

I like the ability to be to access shared documents and edit them with ease. The learning curve is tuff, but well worth the effort.

The ability to collaborate on files at the same time has been a big win for my team. We can now work on a project and divide and conquer.

Flaws: Very slow response time, lags, often freezes. The site is down about once a month which is very frustrating.

It's not at all intuitive and users have too many options to create their own system. This just ends up in a mess that is difficult to manage or takes a lot of effort to do so.

The simplicity and ease of access makes SharePoint a brilliant tool to collaborate from anywhere around the world.

Overall SharePoint has been a great and secure tool for file sharing and working with multiple members in the team. The interface is also intuitive and that contributes to its usefulness.

The search feature does not work too well and we find it odd that you have to open a text file and then open it again to edit it.

Inability to drag and drop. At times only option is to download or upload files on to SharePoint.

The customer interface is pretty good, it is easy to use, do it's good for a file edited by a team.

We need to depend on Microsoft support team for troubleshooting issues by providing the correlation id of the issues. The 5000 row limit of the List is the most annoying limitation of the SharePoint.

It was a good entry point, and nice that it integrated with Office 360 - that made it somewhat seamless to use.

Sharepoint does a good job of sharing content within and between teams by using Sharepoint as an intranet. Sharepoint has good version control for documents which can be useful.

Xsellco offer all the details that you need. The usability/UX design is really nice, and templates are super for saving time.

There was an update  and now the AI suggestions are difficult to select. You have to hover and try and select the response which can be tricky.

Having couple problems with Amazon channel , if the message is sent out directly from amazon then i would not update in Xsellco.

Simple helpdesk solution but with significant limitations.

It is very user friendly and the fact that we have technical support available during our work hours is excellent when reporting issues or asking for help, they are always ready and willing to assist.

Good integration capabilities with marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay. Allows for reviews etc in a single pane of glass.

Being able to provide Multi-lingual  support in our native language is a fantastic feature as is the ability to utilize response templates.

Overall a good value product. Price has increased recently which was quite big but in general a very good product as helps us combine emails from all our sales channels.

Overall it is a terrible site that took away all of the functionality that it previously had. They claim that it is six times faster to answer emails, but it takes twice as long.

We've been struggling to handle customer enquiries as our business grew.

So far, the team finds it great to use. I just had a great interaction with Aine on their Customer Support team,  She was very responsive and quickly helped me solve the issue with our account.

Poor chat widget - we chose to use a different provider for this functionality which is a shame as it is not all under one hood.

Fusion - I love how easy it is to complete emails, how it groups all the history together and fills out all of the customer's information.

The helpdesk that imports all of my customer service messages is amazing, streamlined, and easy. I love having the ability to create user logins for each of my customer service reps.

Fantastic UI clean and simple, data is easy to visualize from the dashboard.

There is very little I dislike about XSellco Fusion but if I had to pick one thing it would be small. Integration with CRM and Marketing tools.

It reformats your snippets in messages to add extra spaces that need to be taken out every time. It is all ridiculous, especially because it USED to work.

The built in webchat is confusing for customers, it often is mistaken for an email contact form.

Search is BAD, you cannot properly search on this platform. We have bad experience with xsellco.

A very positive one- The support team is top class, and functioinality of the feature is seamless.
