I like to hit backspace/back button on my mouse to go back but that takes me away from the management console. With that fixed I would rate this 5/5 rather than 4.5/5 #### Reasons for choosing Mosyle Business Since we're a mixed environment company but heavily into the Apple products it was easy to decide that we should focus on an MDM built for Apple products. Mosyle classroom manager is a great tool. #### Cons I don't like the layout of resources. I am continually swtiching from "Management" to "My School". Also, a lot of the options aren't easily accessible. It is can be slow to follow commands. Sometimes the system gets bogged down and it won't do anything for days. I really wanted to submit this review to highlight how good of a job[sensitive content hidden]. did during our initial onboarding call. Extremely knowledgeable about not just the platform but even the ABM side which is a huge part of MDM and was polite and efficient. We went a bit over our scheduled time due to some of my questions but it wasn't an issue for him and he didn't even bring it up. 10/10 #### Cons Nothing I don't like so far about the product nor the demo. Please consider bolstering your documentation quality and quantity. It's not *terrible*, but it's definitely not comprehensive enough for something as relatively complex as this. In fact, Moysle Tech Support / Pre-Sales did this with us as we setup our Proof of Concept (POC) so it was super painless.
