  • Pros

  • I like that everything is so nicely sorted out. All issues are clearly visible, and the Wall-chart is amazing.
  • What i like most about SolarWinds RMM is the the integration of multiple software solutions in one location. Also the SSO to other RMM software like Backup is great.
  • SolarWinds has a great solutions and been happy with the support. They give generous discounts and allow very attractive solutions to provide more features and products to our clients.
  • Cons

  • Alert status is always green or red, there's no functionality to have a "low priority issue", so I have to treat every failed check as a possible emergency.
  • They refused my cancellation and have continued to bill. From their NetSuite: The cancellation has been submitted.
  • After losing one of my larger users, the flat rate platform fee made the overall cost a bit much for the remaining users.

  • Amazing!!! From the technology, to the technical support, all the way to their Account Management has been superb. Constant contact with my rep makes me feel like Pulseway us part od my extended team.
  • My initial Product Specialist, Customer Success Manager, IT trainer, everyone, has been fantastic. I don’t have a memory of working with a company where every person has been so helpful and capable.
  • Its reliable,cost effective,good support team that can help you to operate smoothly, most of the issue is easily solve by this fantastic support team with very short notic.
  • Cons

  • Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc). Some pc's information should be available when they're offline.
  • Support tickets ignored, unable to even log in due to an error in their systems. 2 weeks withodut access is enough to shut a place down.
  • Promised functionality never came, regular downtime and outages, poor performance.
