myQuest Connect is a Microsoft Teams app which allows employees to automatically receive answers to questions they have during work. The myQuest Connect bot is linked to the organization's knowledge base and can immediately send answers to questions, or alternatively, connect employees with colleagues who are available and able to help. Using Quest to capture and document SME knowledge

PROS

- Seamless and simple processes (No training required.- Based on MS Teams platform which makes it very familiar to employees.- Covers existing FAQs and live SME advice.- Capturing and vetting SME answers before including them as FAQs (Corporate Knowledge).- Works very well on mobile phones.

CONS

The platform can sometimes miss answers to questions already existing in the FAQ database. However, it still connects the employee to an SME so the goal of addressing the question is still achieved.

Increased Productivity

A great add on used by our internal product and customer support personal quickly gaining access to resources across teams.

PROS

Great add on to our Teams product increasing our internal teams response time to queries. Easy setup and great customer support.

CONS

None that stand out. Although there is room for improvement.
