Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • They did and do exactly what they said they would, in the amount of time that they said they would do it and there were no hidden fees. The service is great. The quality rocks!

  • Mobile app is easy to navigate, never gives me any trouble.

  • Cons

  • Nextiva only had a few hit or miss moments in which case operations were suspended during heavy traffic times. Other than that, it is a great service they provide.

  • There are cheaper chat tools in the market but we prefer to use a higher quality service to ensure the best experience for our customers. It’s just better for everyone that way.

  • Pros

  • I love this software. It's so easy to organize projects and the comment section makes it real nice to communicate. I like that you can also add priorities to projects

  • Easy to use, clean, fast, clear with good reporting.

  • Cons

  • Is a little complicated when you start to use it but with time you can make a excellent job with projects.

  • Not an actual con but it does require a bit of learning in order to utilize its features the best.
