  • Pros

  • The RMM agents are very easy to install/created, the interface is very visual and the configuration simple but strong.
  • It tells me everything I need to know about a computer and what's going on. The integrations have been a huge help.
  • Cons

  • The SNMP support for monitoring network devices doesn't give one the needed in-site into standard network devices. Another weakness is the inability to group devices within sites.
  • If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.

  • It has excellent tools for order control, it is a great help for the company's logistic department, it is easy to use and very customizable.
  • It's super easy to use and extremely functional. Whenever we need assistance with something, the support team is super helpful and fast.
  • Cons

  • Whenever I have a problem, which is rarely, the fix is quick. The only time I can't relax is when the site goes down, occasionally, usually a server problem.
  • Occasional problems with KB articles not being editable after creation.
