  • Pros

  • The RMM agents are very easy to install/created, the interface is very visual and the configuration simple but strong.
  • It tells me everything I need to know about a computer and what's going on. The integrations have been a huge help.
  • Cons

  • The SNMP support for monitoring network devices doesn't give one the needed in-site into standard network devices. Another weakness is the inability to group devices within sites.
  • If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.

  • Completeness of solution, flexibility and ease of use - vision for the product by SummitAI.
  • I like the overall design of this software and some features are really good like workflow and ticket routing and the orchestration things.
  • Cons

  • Configuration management module still needs some work done, could be in forthcoming releases. Not having Customizing / renaming field option is highly missed.
  • I felt bit tricky to understand the commands but now I can explain all to my workers.
