A good note taking or second brain type program. Useful for collaborating with others if needed and starts to integrate mail and other systems.
Cons:
Starting to feel bloated and unfocused. Mail I think is still limited to gmail accounts and the calendar was more useful when it wasn't built into the main notion app

I fricken LOVE notion. I love everything about it. It has completely transformed my workflows at work- making almost everything i do 10x easier to keep track of. I use it in my personal life as well to keep track of appointments and things i often forget about. The templates are also fantastic.
Cons:
It took a little bit of time to get used to all of the features and possibilities. There are still many components i am not as confident with but theres a lot of great resources out there to help.

Notion is gorgeous and it’s extremely flexible. I use it for my reading list and to take notes in meetings. I can have pages in pages. It serves as a kind of personal wiki for all my research results and thoughts. I love the clean look.
Cons:
Sometimes the mobile app is a little slow to load. When it gets too much data loaded in one page, it starts to lag. Also, it takes forever to figure out a really good template. At times, I put more into the design than doing the actual job.
