Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love their free platform and allowing self hosting. Its kept our tickets neat and clean and we get them out fast. It has a user interface that is pretty easy to navigate and my customers love it

  • Great feature packed helpdesk used to track and log support questions from our website. Easy to direct questions to the correct departments for replies.

  • Cons

  • The search functionality needs some work. It's difficult to search for specific customers or even ticket ID, but overall, is OK.

  • Can be a bit tricky to install but once its up its easy to do.

  • Ele é muito leve e fácil de se utilizar, quando você se conecta remoto com alguma outra máquina ele não fica com delay

  • It's excellent very fast and very useful. I love the quality with which you work because it is the right one to work with.

  • Cons

  • Teamviewer is a great application but when compared to the alternatives out its pricing is just to high for my liking.

  • None really. Teamviewer does what it is meant to do, and does it well. My one gripe would be the desktop application doesn't include all the features that the website login has.
