"Paperpile's integration with Chrome and Google Drive is outstanding, and now with citation plugins for Google Docs and MS Word, it offers everything I need from a literature management software."

"Ability to "cite while you write" in a Google doc, sharable library folders, multiple easy ways to add publications, storage of publications in Google drive, responsive and helpful online user support."

"At most, it would be that every now and then the ciation is imported incorrectly, but given the multitude of formats that papers come in these days I find that a forgivable fault."

"I can't find where a certain paper is if I forgot which folder I have put it in. When someone shared several papers with me, I can't just collect them by clicking one button and save all of them as one of my folder."

"Sometimes when I tried to add a paper from a web page \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], although you can see that the readers can simply download the PDF from the website, after I saved it to Paperpile it always says no PDF found so I would have to manually download it and then upload it to Paperpile."
