Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall experience so far seems good, the end users like that I can remote to their desktops quickly and provide them with a greater level of support.
- I used the product several years ago, and it was good, but now it is excellent. It is very fast, easy to install, reliable, and the screens are well-designed and intuitive.
- Really good integration and compatible to use with multiple team members. Viewing and sharing files is easy and the design is amazing.
Cons
- I HAVE TO CONTACT MY CC COMPANY TO GET MY REFUND. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
- The only thing I don't like about RemotePC is that the screen of the remote computer is very small and hard to see.
- Forget your system problems solve from anywhere.
Pros
- One of the best things is that I can see both screens and work from them just like working at my desk at work. I also love how it will quickly reconnect on startup.
- I needed to work from home for a while during the pandemic and this was an awesome way to do that.
- The software was good and had an easy time of connecting to my headless servers. The iOS app made it easy to connect from anywhere if I needed to quickly restart a service or something easy.
Cons
- The only thing I hate about it is suddenly crashing and sometimes mouse/keyboard stop responding in the VNC.
- There was no file transfer and the customer support was horrific.
- Problems can occur when trying to connect using a local server, But referring documentation and discussion forums can solve the problem. If disconnects auto connects to the network.
