  • Pros

  • Overall experience so far seems good, the end users like that I can remote to their desktops quickly and provide them with a greater level of support.
  • I used the product several years ago, and it was good, but now it is excellent. It is very fast, easy to install, reliable, and the screens are well-designed and intuitive.
  • Really good integration and compatible to use with multiple team members. Viewing and sharing files is easy and the design is amazing.
  • Cons

  • I HAVE TO CONTACT MY CC COMPANY TO GET MY REFUND. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
  • The only thing I don't like about RemotePC is that the screen of the remote computer is very small and hard to see.
  • Forget your system problems solve from anywhere.

  • This is such a brilliant, cost effective tool that requires little to no setup and has given us the ability to resell a really fantastic experience to our customers.

  • Domain Features are amazing. Unattended Access is nice and fast overall experience with platform is nice and user friendly.

  • I have not had any issues with this product so am unable to come up with a negative.
  • It is truly difficult for me to identify a weakness.
  • The biggest current drawback (and distinction from Teamviewer) is the lack of a VPN function in Zoho.
