Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This is a great helpdesk product for free! I tried other free solutions but none were as complete as this. I highly recommend to all those on a budget

  • Feature Set is amazing - there are plugins to do things if you want to do more than is built in but the built in is plent for us. Price is right (free) and it works amazingly well!

  • Cons

  • There isn't a lot of features, and while the plug-ins work very well and there are many of them, there aren't any being made recently.

  • It was a little difficult to navigate through the program but once you get used to it you will be fine.

  • Pros

  • We evaluated several products however this one had it all. It was easy to purchase, configure and implement. Has great reporting features and dashboards.

  • Sysaid is easy to implement and use. i like the Change and release component which is on point. the ticket aging is also one feather is easy to pick

  • Cons

  • The only issues I would say crop up sometimes is support. On the occasion that I run into an issue, I have had trouble getting the support I need.

  • It sometimes feels cluttered but there are so many features we have enabled, I'm not sure if it's possible to avoid the clutter.
