Staff.Wiki is the only real game in town for publishing policies with proper attestation features.

PROS

We needed an easy way to publish policies to our staff. After messing with SharePoint for days and getting no where I found Staff.Wiki on Google and never looked back. The thing we love most about Staff.Wiki is the ability to have staff sign off on every revision of the policy. This helps us with policy compliance. We never have problems with staff not being aware the company policy anymore. The quiz feature really helps us drive home the policies. The support is great and they will even help you out on the weekend. They are also very open to feedback and product enhancements.

CONS

There is not much you can say negative about this product. The on-premise installation could be a bit smoother but most users will probably use the cloud version anyway. Support was quick to help with any issues.
