Good product, but still much to explore for me
I use it quite regularly to talk to colleagues, to chat, to organize events, ... . We have different groups with different members based on their interests. Useful because you can choose which group you'd like to be member of.
PROSIt's useful for me because me company has Yammer. It gives us the ability to communicate with eachother. Asking questions about specific topics, organizing events, etc...
CONSThere's probably a lot of other software packets which kind of offer the same thing as Yammer does.

Excellent application to manage internal social networks
PROSstreamlines internal communication, opening paths to better communication between the different groups, maintaining the flow of information, in addition to carrying out surveys and highlighting publications.
CONSThe aesthetic handling and formats is somewhat limited, which allows us to customize to a certain degree, and the structure becomes rigid.

For what it is (business social media), it's a fine product.
CONSMy company pushed me to use it. Honestly, what's the point?
