The product has a number of organizational features such as Categories and Markets to make the user search experience seamless. Cons: While I appreciate the existing out of the box reports, I wish there were more admin reporting options available. It would be nice to be able to drill down into various depth levels such as task inventories that include variable task details and user populations.
