We began using AdaCare in December of 2017 and I have been very impressed by the changes and additions that have been made that make everything easier - from scheduling to billing.

AdaCare is simple to use and I have never heard a team member to complain about the software.

This is a user friendly scheduling software, with very competitive priceing. Plenty of reports to help you manage your staff.

The software is simple and easy to navigate through. I like being able to look up any schedule and with a simple click you can make changes in a schedule.

There do not seem to be many features and the system will sometimes make changes by accident when using mobile devise.

Limited functionality in some areas. There was no functionality to view client and caregiver schedules overlapping, do a monthly view, or email client schedules directly.

Oasis forms are some times disorganized and then the computer will kick me off the program.

Some features are redundant and most of the time,  it takes so long and so slow to log in. Logging in is so frustrating because it takes too long especially when using internet explorer.

What I love about the software is the Ease of Use and User Friendly Functions.

I like the fax feature, the main dashboard, and the reports section the most. The fax feature, you can attach to the patient's chart which is good.

Perfect is better than the old software we used, but lacks a few key things.

The best part about Perfect is the administrative and the back office information. Great for running reports.

I like that I can create any kind of report that I need and that I can add as many contacts as I need.

I have now used 4 different home health software programs. This is by far the worst.

Support team are very nice and friendly. Software is very flexible depending on the needs of each agency.

There are alot of glitches. At times there are glitches the whole day and interrupts my work.

The missing Face to Face should be an error and not a warning.
