"Sometimes it works, sometimes it even bills correctly."

"Ease of use and the many dashboards that help with tracking performance on key measures."

"What I like best is the patient face sheet module."

"They are quick to give you the cold shoulder when you notify them of canceling services, but even quicker when it comes to continuing to charge you for offline services even though you've terminated services months before."

"More recently, we come to find out that they were again continuing to charge us, saying that we were past due 2 months… I'm even currently on the phone with their customer service team and have been on hold for going on 33 mins now, saying the wait should be 1-2mins after they hear back from the accounting department."

"I don't believe they will assist me further with this cancelation and may even begin charging my children at this point."
