- I was also quite impressed with the proactive customer service approach in which they repeatedly contacted me to ensure my question was answered.
- The number of reports available to run is outstanding. Nurses love the app for their phones, everything is at that fingertips.
Cons
- This bad attitude to work makes them not to realize their mistakes and carelessness so they are not ready to change quite unlike Axxess software staffs. Obstructing business cash flow is dangerous.
- We got different answers from different staff, depending on who we spoke with. Very frustrating especially when you have payroll to worry about.
Pros
- When I am using the software I have piece of mind that I am compliant with CMS regulations. Also billing team is exceptionally good.
- The billing of Medicare is very good. It was easy to switch from our previous program.
Cons
- All the medications carry over to other documents, including discontinued medications. This is a problem, if you don't actually check the list.
- Changing from a non internet based product to Careficient has been a struggle for the staff to become accustomed to an entire new way of doing things.
