Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I really like the scheduling aspect of this software. Gives you lots of options without being overbearing. Easy to use functionality.

  • I like the simplicity. It's easy to use and train people. Also, the customer support and free trainings are great.

  • Cons

  • The ever changing Conditions of Participation make it difficult to master the software because it is changing so often.

  • Nothing. I wish that a rep could sit in our office all the time!

  • Easy to Use - This software is so easy to learn in no time Quick to Learn - I was able to learn the use of this software very quickly and became confident in my use easily

  • The scheduling system is great. It certainly helps a business maintain organization. I appreciate all the tracking capabilities

  • Cons

  • Few glitches every once in a while, but they're really urgent and fix it. Good customer service.

  • The two year contract is a little daunting. I wish they had a phone app (they did upgrade their site to be more mobile friendly, but an app would still be nice).
