As a software integrator and developer, we loved that Alayacare (compared to other home care softwares) had a rich and maturing API.

During COVID our scheduling has been changing so much and we have been forced to change schedules every week.

The downside to this software being web based, if there's an issue with the web, there can be a lag, but this is very rare.

The drag-and-drop scheduling is great as well. Our new scheduler picked up on the system after 30 minutes of training on his very first day, and was able to start helping out our team right away.

Core functions were glitchy. Schedules built out would disappear.

Uncomfortable technical support and unhelpful administration. No innovation and no review for ongoing issues.

It is difficult to view the overall staffing. Rolling data up into sub-programs and programs.

Customer service is quick to respond and acknowledge the problem. There are days we like it better than other others.

Find it very user friendly, has a lot of useful categories and tabs that we can usually find a great option to utilize. There's been great updates and releases and some helpful webinars.

It requires alot of manual work and a cheat sheet during payroll. In addition, holiday hours are calculated in with the overtime hours which should not be the case in our region.

Poor design on dropdown menus. Unable to read items in dropdown menus.

It creates a problem when transferring shifts from Unapproved visits to the schedule.

Using it out in the field is pretty simple, being able to put a note in, chart a wound care or vital signs are all very easy and straight forward. As well as most of the forms I've used so far.

Simple work flows, Easy of use, customer support, proactive team always looking to improve and eclipsed product.

The software is constantly improving and has many features that can help ease reporting, administration, and scheduling. Great date exploration tool to be able to build custom reports.

The thing I love about Alayacare is the Data exploration options. It gives you any type of information you may need to help determine service capacity.

Just to repeat my above comments really, it's been really useful and vital for me and great value for money.

Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

The best part about JotForm is how easy it is to use - with drag and drop options, excellent customer support, and regular updates to improve building the forms.

This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.

Customer service is great, and it helped me save tons of time on building forms. My client is happy because the design looks great.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

This is a generally good and sometimes great form building software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

I am very happy with the few forms we have gotten to share with our parish or parishioners.

They also allow it's users to upload their own company logos which is super nice.

What I really liked the most about JotForm was how easy it was to build a form. The interface was user friendly.

What I like most about this software is that it is easy and fast to create a very attractive looking form.

Using it since the very early days, and I ve seen how it grew over the years. Multifunctional, great customer service, ability to code yourself if needed (and they provide help with that).

It can integrate in many other platforms like WordPress. One of the best part of JotForm is it allow me to completely customized the form according to my theme.

I think that JotForm is a cost effective way to integrate easy signup into our website.

Not being a paying customer apparently carries a risk at JotForm???  Really unhappy - disgusted.
