Do not waste your time! This software is terrible.

My overall experience has been terrible since day 1. The app that the caregiver's clock in and out with never works and payroll has been a nightmare. I hate that they don't care about caregivers not getting paid. It is not small amounts that are not being paid, it's hundreds of dollars.

PROS

Easy to use and very simple if you are not looking for a lot of bells and whistles.

CONS

HORRIBLE customer service. Your average wait time on hold is 10 minutes. Ally has messed up payroll 3 weeks in a row. NOBODY at the company cares.
