Too many tabs to use and can become confusing where to navigate. There is not anything in written form for us to refer to when we have questions.

I like the ease of access and simplified integration that the platform uses.

Excellent software, easy to use and wonderful costumer support. We have always used Alora and we will never change to another company.

This is a user friendly home health system. Ease of use and requires no extra talent and can keep you safe and healthy.

Alora the price is right and the customer service assistance is what helps me sleep at night knowing Alora is just a call away.

The biggest issue up to this point is that the system seems to crash a lot when I have entered and completed a 485 then go to print.

The best part of their support is that most of their staff is very familiar with the Home Care business and all of it's intricacies, so they know exactly how to help.

You can look at multiple sites with ease. In the Reports section you can type in what you want instead of scrolling down.

I like the ease of use and that I can click right into DDE. The support team is always helpful, and they all have superior knowledge of the system and have great attitudes.

Allergies are not up to date. There are multiple missing medications.

The customer support for this software is amazing and it's a great value for what you pay for.

Parameters driven making it scalable. Well integrated with the DDE , Clearing houses and SANDATA for EVV transmission.

It is very user friendly and easy to operate. This system makes it easy for everyone to see what is going on with a patient and there care.

Overall the customer support is great. We always have the nurses call to get the software downloaded to their laptops, and they all comment how nice and helpful the staff is.

The Alora Classic is so friendly user, easy to navigate and have a good customer support.

A Great System Overall - May Lack Specificity for Some Applications.

The software is very user friendly, and the customer service reps are extremely courteous and helpful.

I dislike the lack of communication between the software engineers in my business. I am constantly having to check on the progress of a project I am currently working with a software engineer on.

We recently had a CHAPS survey and they wanted to see the Transfer Summary for a patient hospitalized. No such thing in this software.

The customer service is great and the hours available are great too. This is the main reason why I have decided to stay.

What sets Alora apart from their competitors is their fabulous customer support. We work with their support team on a regular basis, and they are awesome.

The dashboard is not only visually appealing, but well organized with lots of helpful information at a glance. The system seemed very flexible in the sense that you can free form a lot of things.

Wonderful staff, they help with teaching brush up and reminders.

The support staff has been great and I have learned a lot from them. Thanks for all you have done to ease my understanding of Alora and OASIS.

It can be confusing at first, but it did not take long to acclimate.

They are always available and are so wonderful when they help you no matter how many times calls are needed. The software is very complete and encompasses all of our needs and more.

The best thing I like about Datasoft Logic Home Health Centre is that it is user friendly.

I have seen the improvement on how DSL handles these so called glitches and I can say it is really GREAT.

Very difficult to use with a tablet ( i heard it has been updated but i still receive this complaint from most of our field disciplines).

The softare is robust enough to take care of any agency size - small to big client database.

There are so many uses for the program that can help us acquire new ways that will help us excel. There are new form that will help us use even newer ways to help.

Your administrative/supervisory staff are very friendly and approachable,  the relationship they extend to your clients are more of a PERSONAL relationship rather than just purely BUSINESS.

There is also the dilemma of when we do updates and the updates don't work and end up slowing us down.

Clinical staff will have a guide on how to manage cases using 'clinical pathways' tab. Other tools are relevant in the daily processes of patient care documentation.

I appreciate the kindness generated from the DSL team. The quality of their product is superior and has made it easy to grow our home health service.

Home Health Centre provides an order-driven system that facilitates record keeping by prompting users with to-do lists, patient task lists and vital sign alerts.


Home Health Centre allows providers to review and electronically sign orders. HHC’s offline mode allows users to make OASIS and clinical notes and then synchronize once they are online again. Secure cloud data storage updates and backs up automatically. Other security features include roles and permissions, so users can only access data of those patients that are assigned to them.
