Arrow Solution Home Care System is the software product that I use for my home care company. Their training style is one on one with staff members. The training staff is competent, patient, knowledgeable and focused on the exact needs of our organization. I have utilized other software products in the past and found that Arrow Solution is the most user-friendly, efficient, uncomplicated and cost effective. Customer support works right along with our staff to assure exactness of customer requirements, needs, and satisfaction. They are always well informed, pleasant, cooperative and professional with our staff. The upper management style within Arrow Solution is hands on with excellent communication styles and ethics. Their understanding of running a business with relation to cost, operations, and challenges is priceless. In my dealing with other software products, I am most satisfied and at ease with Arrow Solution Home Care System.

Arrow system was outdated, not user friendly and lacked the advanced technology that industry leaders were using already at the time.

I used Arrow System for couple of years and it was at the time an acceptable software. You got what you paid for. It was a alright but if you want to be a leader in the industry then it wasn't and still not the software you want for your company.

At the time when I used Arrow System it did not allow users to use the software through a browser. A special program had to be downloaded on to the desktop of your work computer in order to access the software. This was annoying and outdated in my opinion. Other programs were already integrating their software through browser which allowed users to access the program from home, tablet and phone. Arrow System did not allow that.
