Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The functionality is great as is the ease of use. It is a much better product than we were using before.

  • Ease of use Great features that keep my employees up to date (removes any excuses of "I didn't know I was supposed to work") Easy to send open shifts and have them respond

  • Cons

  • How there are some glitches in certain screens. Home screen shows some visits unassigned but they are assigned.

  • The system changes dates and times without us doing so and we have not been able to resolve this issue as of it.

  • Pros

  • The customer service is great. Any time I call they respond very fast to my call

  • Very good for ease of getting reports to manage care and for management needs. Assessment is very good.

  • Cons

  • The price is a bit high for smaller providers but you get what you pay for. The investment is high but over the long haul it pays for itself.

  • The only thing I dislike is the constant sync to save info, but understand why it has to be done. But know that you continue to try an improve.
