I like it's ease of use functionality. The tutorials provided accelerated effective use of AxisCare and I love working with it every day.

No customization feature, each business has its own requirement, need to be more flexible. Customer services is bad.

I was unaware of the price structure and that we are charged for clients over 20.

Horrible Back End Features. Accounting: Very manual for accounting functions and there is no way to contact change healthcare.

Girls in the field have a lot of trouble getting all of information from documents on their phone in the field.

I love many features AxisCare, and can say that I will be a client of theirs for a very long time. The staff and I all agree that we are a lot better off than the other companies I have tried.

The layout is great for making effective notes that are specific to each client or caregiver. I like that you can tag caregivers in a note from clients pages to put it on their profile as well.

This is one of the only product which is complete in providing the continuum of Therapy and Agency integration, which helps bring the staffing and the Agency integrated.

We are using Kinnser since 2010. Customer support is getting worse each year.

I feel like it is very user friendly and customer support has always been extremely helpful in any issues we have had and in finding ways to customize the software to support our needs.

We have used this system for years but have recently become quite unhappy with the product. This EMR has refused to take simple steps to assist agencies to be compliant with the new COPs.

There's a lot of things you can do with kinnser it's very confusing at times.

Kmail, the in-EMR messaging service has a user interface straight out of the 1990's. If you appreciate the features from modern (post 2000) messaging services, you will be disappointed.

The email within the system doesn't time stamp and becomes a long jumbled mess. THIS SYSTEM HAS COST MY AGENCY STAFF AND AN INSANE AMOUNT OF MONEY.

This is a great product with fast response times and amazing functionality. One click and you are right where you need to be.

Terrible user interface, and desperate need for an app.

WellSky for Hospice has simplified managing my patient load and insuring that all of my workload is organized. Charting is simple and easy on this software.

I am a rehab manager and my therapists have to remember to enter temperature or remember to document on quality of pain which are CMS requirements but KINNSER does not prompt.

It is very difficult to do POS documentation, especially evaluations. The two PTAs and OT at my company do minimal POS documentation as well.

The VPs of the company know about the problems and do not alert their clients. They are unable to give timeframes on fixing the problems and seem unconcerned.

Many people in our company lost their jobs because of the huge financial impact of these overstatements.

Its safety features: times out after idle for period of time.

The ease of training, and the xtra trading videos were a big help. I liked the price of the software.
