Customer support are easy to get a hold of when there are issue arised, by phone, chat, or email. #### Cons Once a while the system run into issue with Bugs and froze, however, there technician are always handle it pretty well. #### Reasons for switching to Caretap We had a hard time using the billing feature which we paid them monthly so we can bill directly, but for one whole year the problem wasn't solve. Care tap also makes keeping track of caregiver's hours simple. #### Cons Care tap tends to run very slow. I don't appreciate that we are unable to remove things we don't use for individual companies. Companies do not receive a warning/heads up when there will be an update, therefore are caught completely off guard in having to warn over 100 employees about an update. It has made managing EVV, employee timekeeping, and billing much easier for us. I especially like that everything is in one place. We can keep track of caregiver clock-ins and clock-outs, review time entries, and use the information for billing. It has definitely helped make our billing process more organized and has saved us time on the administrative side. Another thing I really appreciate is their customer support. Whenever we have a question or run into an issue, there is always someone available to help. Whether it’s an EVV issue, a timekeeping question, or even something related to billing, their support team is always helpful and willing to work through the issue with us. Overall, CareTap has been a great tool for our agency and has made our day-to-day operations much easier. I would definitely recommend it to other home care providers. #### Cons One improvement I would really like to see with CareTap is more push notifications and automatic reminders for caregivers. It would be very helpful if the app could send reminders for important actions such as clocking in, clocking out, submitting timesheets, correcting missed punches, and completing required tasks.
