The ease to create the database structure including the table relationships, DataPages and quick deployment with little coding. I like the authentication protocol which makes the software very secure.

Pros: easy to use, helpful videos, live/free trainings were excellent.

Overall Caspio is a great platform hands down. They offer a great service and is highly customizable and recommended for larger companies with a big budget.

There are lot of tutorials available with lot of troubleshooting page and customer care is the best part over here they are very friendly and responsive.

And the support is generally pretty good. Basic apps and workflows are pretty easy and intuitive.

My overall experience with Caspio has been excellent. In the past, I have used Caspio to build an integrated set of applications for a Statewide startup program.

It includes almost all features of a good database management system with sufficient security options. It also integrates well with other applications and existing business processes and data.

With the help of Czar Zurich Placente, we have been able to build this system in a few months with ease. Czar has been so unbelievably responsive and professional throughout the entire process.

The team assigned to manage our transition was caring, courteous and totally focused on a successful implementation of our project.

There should be a multiple check box feature, where the choices can be pulled from other fields. Also, the rules for conditions are very limited.

A huge pro is the variety of features and abilities that the software gives the developer. Similarly, the customer support and library of helpful resources is not lacking whatsoever.

The platform is inconsistent in implementation which slows the learning curve and frustrates development.

Offline functionality is a huge upset. It is problem where we have considered moving to other platforms.

In my opinion, there is no better cloud database product in the marketplace. Caspio is simply the best.

The reminder feature helps in getting tasks done before the reaching the deadlines. The integration feature helps in syncing the data from numerous cloud apps.

I love how you can develop apps using no coding at all. On top of that, if you want to customize further, you can use custom code to develop anything you want.

I can't recommend her enough. She is a huge asset to the Caspio team.

Its user interface made it simple to create and deploy powerful online applications. It was also an excellent platform for rapidly developing and publishing data-driven webpages and web applications.

But ok, bugs is for everyone, what really is unacceptable is the total lack of support and collaboration.

Impressive customer service on that front but not so much with testing of updates/patches.

For me learning how to use caspio was very easy but what I loved the most was the way it integrated with my website.

After setting up, modifying, implementing, and now maintaining the database I needed to build, I am very happy with this software even with the learning curve.

We liked the flexibility of this software to build out solutions in the way that met our custom needs. This transcended the capabilities of existing products in the marketplace for our needs.

Oh the customer service both on chat, email, and phone, is a cut above the rest. I don't know how Caspio manages to always be there for me.

His knowledge of every aspect of Caspio has been amazing.

Designing datapages is also quite easy and only requires a minimum of learning time.

Then if you ask to negotiate they are not available. Once you are tied up with them they not only deliver less value, but they are rigid and unavailable to collaborate.

There are a ton of training videos and documentation to walk you through using the software. I also love how changes are seamless and take place in real time.

Ultimately a large amount of time was spent figuring out how to cut out pages and combine features, killing user experience.

The best thing I like about Datasoft Logic Home Health Centre is that it is user friendly.

I have seen the improvement on how DSL handles these so called glitches and I can say it is really GREAT.

Very difficult to use with a tablet ( i heard it has been updated but i still receive this complaint from most of our field disciplines).

The customer service was tremendous they help me through the process and was gladly to help after purchase.

It is great but then there are always a few things that  could be fixed with time to help everything.

Tech support is more than able to help - they are eager to.

My experience with the Home Health Centre is really good and the system is user friendly.

Customer Service is superb and personal. If the issue cannot be solved right away, CS always calls back for follow up and update.

It is both refreshing and reassuring to partner up with such a company so dedicated to excellence in service and performance.

The softare is robust enough to take care of any agency size - small to big client database.

There are so many uses for the program that can help us acquire new ways that will help us excel. There are new form that will help us use even newer ways to help.

Your administrative/supervisory staff are very friendly and approachable,  the relationship they extend to your clients are more of a PERSONAL relationship rather than just purely BUSINESS.

There is also the dilemma of when we do updates and the updates don't work and end up slowing us down.

Clinical staff will have a guide on how to manage cases using 'clinical pathways' tab. Other tools are relevant in the daily processes of patient care documentation.

I appreciate the kindness generated from the DSL team. The quality of their product is superior and has made it easy to grow our home health service.

Home Health Centre provides an order-driven system that facilitates record keeping by prompting users with to-do lists, patient task lists and vital sign alerts.


Home Health Centre allows providers to review and electronically sign orders. HHC’s offline mode allows users to make OASIS and clinical notes and then synchronize once they are online again. Secure cloud data storage updates and backs up automatically. Other security features include roles and permissions, so users can only access data of those patients that are assigned to them. Other features include a dashboard, e-signatures, physician portal and automated scanning. The solution supports clinical forms including OASIS HCFA-485 validation, SN, PT, OT and ST.
