Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The ease to create the database structure including the table relationships, DataPages and quick deployment with little coding. I like the authentication protocol which makes the software very secure.
  • Pros: easy to use, helpful videos, live/free trainings were excellent.
  • Cons

  • The sales people there are horrible and dishonest.
  • There should be a multiple check box feature, where the choices can be pulled from other fields. Also, the rules for conditions are very limited.

  • What we love the most about TherapySync is that it is just for therapy services.
  • Our vendors love this product. I would recommend it to any contract company looking to streamline their systems.
  • Cons

  • Entering a referral but then receiving a call from a therapist to reset her password. I lost all my eval information and had to re-enter.
  • I dislike the cost (I don't know competitors). I know that for the low business use we have, it is sometimes a pinch to pay the rate we do.
