I know things are improving at Curantis (with the new billing platform) and there's never been an issue we couldn't work around.If it wasn't for the wonderful customer support and strong communication, we may not have been so patient with the whole process.I am so grateful for the relationship we have with Curantis. It would be great if all were in Excel.Customer support is amazing. It's wonderful to submit a ticket and get a response so quickly. Problems never have to wait and the support is always professional. Cons: Not all needs are covered. ie: it would be nice if we didn't have to track private pay room + board manually.It's also very frustrating that the website moves so slowly.
