Check Up Review

This is our very first EMR software and I find the team at Curantis very helpful, personable and attentive to the needs when they arise.

PROS

Curantis is very user friendly. There is freedom to offer feedback about the program.

CONS

The one thing I least like about Curantis, is the MD has to be the closer of IDG meetings.

Reason for choosing Curantis

Curantis was very user friendly and cost efficient for our agency.

Curantis Survey

Overall, my experience has been great. I know things are improving at Curantis (with the new billing platform) and there's never been an issue we couldn't work around. If it wasn't for the wonderful customer support and strong communication, we may not have been so patient with the whole process.I am so grateful for the relationship we have with Curantis.

PROS

The integration process was a little sketchy, but we got through it and figured things out along the way.I really enjoy the reports Curantis provides although some are in PDF format and some are in Excel. It would be great if all were in Excel.Customer support is amazing. It's wonderful to submit a ticket and get a response so quickly. Problems never have to wait and the support is always professional.

CONS

Not all needs are covered. ie: it would be nice if we didn't have to track private pay room + board manually. It's also very frustrating that the website moves so slowly.

Reasons for switching to Curantis

The product did not meet data reporting expectations. Our facility was cited for inaccurate data ie: patient census and Cost Report facts.

Hospice EMR

As a hospice nurse who has not used any other software, I am at a disadvantage as far as comparisons. Curantis is making strides to provide a product that is more in line with what hospice provides and how it provides it.

PROS

Functionality to complete IDG within the program.Exceptional help desk.Charting that is congruent with hospice needs.

CONS

With Curantis being in beta stages, it can be frustrating that items are not added in the order that clinical staff feel is most important. Since Curantis encompasses many aspects of the company (not just clinical charting), it takes time to ensure that the most important parts/changes and upgrades are processed first.
