I appreciate the Fitbit as it helps me keep track of my daily activity. Having it has made me more vigilant about my health.

It was good and since its part of fitbit health solutions, it is very easy to access.

I also don't like that there is a basic and a premium account. I paid over $100 for my Fitbit, therefore I should be entitled to access all the features with no extra charge.

I like the ease of use for Fitbit health I mostly use it for monitoring my fitness walking reporting it to my health insurance company and taking advantage of guided meditations.

I love tracking my steps and calories burned. As an avid gamer, there's no better way than turning fitness into a game where I can track my progress.

I love how Fitbit tells you how well you have slept, what your pulse is like and other things that are good to know about one's own health.

I love that it provides me with ways to build my good habits from everything from fitness to sleeping patterns.

In some cases I can't carry my celphone, so some information got lost.

It has interesting features about sleep quality. Notifications are useful to stay active.

I like the personal goals feature, as it makes the platform more adjusted to the individual's needs. Also the reminders are a great way to remember to move from time to time.

It's a great step towards a healthy lifestyle, as we spend most of our times in offices. And fitbit makes it easier.

It has many functionality and it is suitable for every occasion. Very good monitoring too.

Love the options I can choose from when trying to get help with things like sleep and walking. Has challanges I can do to help give me a boost in striving to do better.

Its nice that it connects to your watch which you wear all day, and even all night, and lets you see your own data over time. Data is always fun to look at, especially when its about you.

Not enough screening on what should be seen or said on Fitbit items should be removed quickly and certain people should be banned for trying to make this into a dating site.

The software is free and integrates with FitBit wrist devices. I get to see a variety of metrics that are created off of the basic information that is synchronized with my wrist device.

The Fitbit model I use only reads me the first sentence of the message and doesn't allow me to text back.

You do not need a lot of equipments or a heavy software in order to start use FitBit. You can track your excercise, sleep time, rest time and performance during work so easy and comfortable.

Fitbit is so easy to use, it is its most strong attribute.

You can also track your workouts, and it's awesome that there are already some pre-determined workouts.

It's easy to use, the UI seems to be very familiar.

I'm not sure why they're there, maybe they're partners or sponsors.

They integrate with the FitBit program automatically which makes it very easy for me to transfer the data and claim my reward.

Having Bluetooth always open leads to poor security.

I have been getting alot of  compliments for my fitbit charge 4. I am really happy with my choice.

Too many tabs to use and can become confusing where to navigate. There is not anything in written form for us to refer to when we have questions.

The biggest issue up to this point is that the system seems to crash a lot when I have entered and completed a 485 then go to print.

The best part of their support is that most of their staff is very familiar with the Home Care business and all of it's intricacies, so they know exactly how to help.

You can look at multiple sites with ease. In the Reports section you can type in what you want instead of scrolling down.

I like the ease of use and that I can click right into DDE. The support team is always helpful, and they all have superior knowledge of the system and have great attitudes.

Allergies are not up to date. There are multiple missing medications.

The customer support for this software is amazing and it's a great value for what you pay for.

Parameters driven making it scalable. Well integrated with the DDE , Clearing houses and SANDATA for EVV transmission.

It is very user friendly and easy to operate. This system makes it easy for everyone to see what is going on with a patient and there care.

Overall the customer support is great. We always have the nurses call to get the software downloaded to their laptops, and they all comment how nice and helpful the staff is.

The Alora Classic is so friendly user, easy to navigate and have a good customer support.

My job requires me to do lots of business via phone. I have come into contact with rude, demeaning, and just darn nasty people.

A Great System Overall - May Lack Specificity for Some Applications.

The software is very user friendly, and the customer service reps are extremely courteous and helpful.

I dislike the lack of communication between the software engineers in my business. I am constantly having to check on the progress of a project I am currently working with a software engineer on.

We recently had a CHAPS survey and they wanted to see the Transfer Summary for a patient hospitalized. No such thing in this software.

The customer service is great and the hours available are great too. This is the main reason why I have decided to stay.

What sets Alora apart from their competitors is their fabulous customer support. We work with their support team on a regular basis, and they are awesome.

The dashboard is not only visually appealing, but well organized with lots of helpful information at a glance. The system seemed very flexible in the sense that you can free form a lot of things.

Wonderful staff, they help with teaching brush up and reminders.

The support staff has been great and I have learned a lot from them. Thanks for all you have done to ease my understanding of Alora and OASIS.

It can be confusing at first, but it did not take long to acclimate.

They are always available and are so wonderful when they help you no matter how many times calls are needed. The software is very complete and encompasses all of our needs and more.

Software has brought efficiency of tasks, as well as increased our billing revenues with less rejected/incorrect billing claims with approved/correct codes checked and validated before billing.

Alora has a really good team, and I think that will build on their reputation in a very positive way.

Issues are resolved promptly, prices are fair and my nurses love it. I definitely picked a winner with Alora and I am proud to say so.

We're glad we switched while we were small because switching now would be a ton of work.
