Compared to WellSky and Alaya, eCaring was more intuitive for our staff, easier to implement, and better aligned with our day-to-day operational workflows. Most importantly, eCaring offered stronger customization options and workflows that aligned better with our operational needs. Their client support and hands-on training gave us confidence that we would be supported long-term, not just during implementation. Reasons for switching to eCaring We decided to switch from Carecenta because the system no longer met our operational needs. It lacked reliability, efficiency, and the level of functionality required to support a growing agency. Many features were difficult to use, workflows were not intuitive, and it created more manual work instead of improving efficiency.
