We had a significant EVV issue where visits were not transmitting correctly to Sandata because of the alternate EVV/vendor and payer configuration. It took troubleshooting across multiple parties to resolve, but eCaring did not simply tell us to contact someone else and leave us on our own. Their team stayed engaged, helped communicate through the technical issues, corrected the necessary configuration, and ultimately helped us get the connection working. For a home care agency dealing with Medicaid, EVV, scheduling, and billing, support after implementation is extremely important. Problems are going to happen when several state and payer systems have to communicate with each other. What mattered to us was how eCaring responded when there was a problem, and they followed through until we reached a resolution. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros The customer support and responsiveness have been the biggest positives for us. We ran into a complicated EVV integration issue involving Sandata and our state Medicaid setup, and the eCaring team stayed involved throughout the process. They communicated with us, helped identify where the connection issue was occurring, worked through the payer and aggregator setup, and continued following up until the issue was resolved. Having a team that actually understands home care operations, EVV, and Medicaid billing makes a huge difference. #### Cons The EVV integration process can be challenging when multiple systems are involved. In our situation, there was some back-and-forth between eCaring, Sandata, the state aggregator, and payer configuration before everything was connected correctly. At times it was difficult to determine exactly where the issue was occurring. Ecaring is easy to install and easy to verify times with the aides.
