Pros
- I like that it has multiple functions with min one software. We use it mainly for medical records and scheduling.
- Provides many benefits with integration. Integrated with Worldview for document scanning and fax tracking.
Cons
- For some reason you can only type in capital letters (which makes distinguishing between pt (patient) and PT (Physical Therapist) annoying.
- Waiting around for office staff to change codes, add visits, process work que is extremely slow. Buddy codes are a mess for large organization.
Pros
- The design is clear, patient's charts are easy to navigate. I like the Sticky Notes section so that team members can leave notes for each other that isn't part of the official medical chart.
- Also they have great security measures to protect your account as well as customer service.
Cons
- I also dislike some of the formatting on different forms (ie: some boxes for narrative responses are too small to read the entire response).
- I have had trouble uploading pictures to a patient's chart (e.g. a photo of a patient's advanced directive) and usually have to sent to medical records team for them to upload it themselves.
