### About HomeSolutions.NET

HomeSolutions.NET is a cloud-based electronic medical recording (EMR) solution that provides integrated data for home health agencies, basic life support, pre-hospitals, advanced life support and more.

The Health EMS is a patient and incident management solution that helps in maintaining records of patients electronically. The physio control system of care helps to capture patient and equipment information transmits it to the LIFENET system and manages the information COD-STAT software.

The CODE-STAT solution provides assistance in post-event review, feedback about the patient to the clinicians, overall management and the level of improvement required in the system. LIFENET is an emergency telemedicine solution designed for hospitals and triage centers to manage patient data, asset management and more.

The RevNet solution assists in automation of financial processes using automated claims processing and accounts receivable management to help prehospital customers with billing and other financial information. Support is available to the customers via phone.

Very easy to navigate. Help desk was excellent. The best of any help desk from any industry. We did have one issue that caused some time on our part to overcome.

#### Pros

Multiple customizable reports made management easy. The mobile product was easy to navigate both online and offline.

#### Cons

I used this last about 7 years ago and the care planning portion was inadequate. Care plans are essential so I hope they have fixed this .

#### Pros

Reporting is very useful and provides many different options to run very specific reports. The templates that clinicians can use when writing notes is helpful, as well as the sanfaxing options! Mobile touch is extremely beneficial to the field clinicians who do not always have the ability to connect to internet while providing care.

#### Cons

The software can be complicated to use at times. I think this has to do with the specific terminology that they use.

Easy to navigate. It was easy to learn the computer part of the system.

#### Cons

Did not make updated changes. There were so many things that we were redundant, that could have been changed. We recommended a few simple changes and were told that it was not feasible to do those changes.

I loved this system, it was easy to use. Made compliance easy and the representative was always there to help. Their updates were always complete and always worked as planned.
