Extremely convenient and makes my job less stressful
PROSThat you can send a massive message to all employees and if they are interested in the case they apply; then on my end, I get the name, phone number and case they are interested in.
CONSActually nothing. So far so good very happy with the product

You can only send 50 messages at a time not very helpful when you have 1000+ employees

Not good, the worst time since I have been working in the health care field.
PROSEverything in one system, sounded easier and more efficient, but if billing is is not done, we’re have not gotten paid since using this program. I don’t care how good it is, if we don’t have money coming in to keep the business going.
CONSWhy go through a third party when you will have problems letter that takes so much time to solve. InMyTeam is easier to use than hhaexchange but it’s taken longer time to discover a problem then it we used hhaexchange. And we still have to go back to hhaexchange to resolve the problem. It just make no sense.

It is designed to work seamlessly with aggregators such as HHAExchange, Tellus and others. We try very hard to work with new clients to resolve past billing issues, we can't always fix problems that didn't happen under our watch. Another wonderful aspect of InMyTeam is that we don't "lock" anyone into a long-term contract, what does that mean? It means that we can't take a single client for granted, every client is given the opportunity to flourish and grow, because we grow right along side them. Best Home Care Software I ever used
Customer Support is fantastic, they have a great support team fully bilingual. Our support tickets are solved in less than an hour. [SENSITIVE CONTENT], our support agent is amazing, she is very helpful and patient.
PROSThis is a modern Software Solution, and all the functionalities are thinking to help the user. I would say is the Apple of the Home Care solutions

Very Easy to Use
My overall experience has been very easy and reassuring that we will get the Support when we need it.
PROSTraining is excellent! So easy to follow and Customer Service is also excellent. I get a call back right away if I have a question, unlike other softwares I've used before.
CONSThere are some features that I would like to see that are not available, but Customer service has generated a Ticket to see what can be done.

HHA Exchange's Customer Service & Tech support is not good in following up requests for help! I just get sent to the Training modules, which I dislike because I like to go through the problems one on one with Tech support.

Little Angels
Inmyteam is very easy to use and is very understandable. It has a lot of features that help me throughout the day

CONSReports. They are not easy to manage. The reports in Excel doesn't give us the chance to manipulate them.

Excelente producto!
Mi experiencia en la utilizacion del software y la comunicacion con el equipo de In my Team ha sido excelente. Lo recomiendo a las agencias que presten servicios de long term care.
PROSMe gusta mucho su funcionalidad de coordinacion. Con este software es mucho mas facil encontrar la conexion deseada entre aides y pacientes para un optimo servicio. Ademas el equipo de implementacion siempre esta muy atento a las dudas que tenemos. Muy bueno el customer service. En el tiempo que lo he usado han ido creando nuevas funcionalidades basados en las necesidades del negocio. Y excelentes precios!

Everything you need to manage mobile employees in one place
We're saving time and money. What needed to be done by 3 coordinators is now done by just one. Employee satisfaction has increased since they no longer need to use their personal time to fill out forms and timesheets.
PROS-The platform is very easy to use by management -Simple and easy app for mobile employee - blast message option to notify employees/contractors about available open cases. They can apply from their phones and once the coordinator assign the case, the employee receives a notification and their schedule is updated. No more time wasted on phone calls back and forth, and no more duplicates. -it' all in one solutions, but it integrates other platforms
CONSI wish I had it 5 years ago when I was looking for a mobile management solution for my project.
