Pros/Cons
Pros
- I feel like it is very user friendly and customer support has always been extremely helpful in any issues we have had and in finding ways to customize the software to support our needs.
- This is a great product with fast response times and amazing functionality. One click and you are right where you need to be.
Cons
- We have used this system for years but have recently become quite unhappy with the product. This EMR has refused to take simple steps to assist agencies to be compliant with the new COPs.
- There's a lot of things you can do with kinnser it's very confusing at times.
Pros
- I also like that we can track our OASIS acceptance in the software.
- The IE browser can be utilized from virtually anywhere, making this charting system easy to use with automatic updates being done seamlessly. The report function is AMAZING also.
Cons
- For iPad users - Inability to delete or error information entered by mistake (orders, medications, dx...).
- The con of this software if the lack of reports that can be collected from the data provided in the system.
