Brightree Hospice software is well worth the investment.

I also like that we can track our OASIS acceptance in the software.

The IE browser can be utilized from virtually anywhere, making this charting system easy to use with automatic updates being done seamlessly. The report function is AMAZING also.

Easy to use and offers great features that help ensure documentation accuracy and compliance. Great for Medicare certified agencies.

I love the ease of putting in orders, free text progress notes and the color coded EMAR tabs. Orders are a breeze to process.

The accessibility of this system is an amazing feature as well.

We have had problems with OASIS acceptance and fatal errors for skip traces that the system does not automatically follow.

They also are really aware of the impact on their consumers and are very helpful with integration of new changes.

It is my go-to program for scheduling. It helps me a great deal with keeping the patients, nurses and therapists schedules organized and managed.

For iPad users - Inability to delete or error information entered by mistake (orders, medications, dx...).

We are happy with the iPad software and our clinicians love how easy it is to use. We have had great experiences with customer support, when needed, with quick response and resolution times.

Lack of customer training no onsite support when requested. Inability and unwillingness to customize to our specific need.

We have also had several problems with BT understanding how parents and branches work and have had to develop several work arounds to make up for their deficits.

General slowness and bugginess, a  lot of stuck gets stuck in validation hold and supports takes days to weeks to respond to tickets.

The customer service is great. Any time I call they respond very fast to my call.

This hospice EMR is easy to use and the reporting section is outstanding. DOC Tracking is a great tool.

There are great reporting features and they are doing good preparations for PDGM.

Is there a way to mark the item that is printed. It is quite confusing not knowing if a note has been printed or not.

Ease of use and functionality is superb. I did not have formal training to use this software, but picked it up right then and there.

Practically every one of our therapists is using the system and most of our home health agencies are on it also. We get great feedback from both groups.

Great product, I love it, have so far 4 agency sign up within first month, ease of use is the main thing.

Their staff is extremely helpful and patient in getting our wishes figured out. There is one thing that I wish could be done in the printing of the notes, etc.

We took full of advantage of that during the transition period.

It’s so easy to use- not once have I called their tech support for help since I began using it. I highly recommend this software to other agencies looking for a home health therapy software.

There is a lot of back tracking to know if something has been printed or not. We have multiple persons doing this printing part so it makes it even more confusing.

Limited in some areas specifically scheduling and billing repeat options however never had an issue and customer service help us the one time we did.

I love how easy and simple the software is. I like that there's alot of drop down options and that alot of the areas are prepopulated which saves a great deal of time.

Therayboss is easy to learn and very user friendly.

The constant syncing, especially when forgotten, can become tedious and bothersome. Doesn't exactly follow SOAP note format.

No notes lost in the mail, jammed together in a fax, misfiled. We simply go into therapyBOSS and print another copy of the note or order.

I thought it was easy to learn and easy to use.

The other great thing about therapyBOSS is that it is free for home health agencies to use.

Our office staff and therapists have contacted support in all hours of the day and evening and not once have we heard that they didn't get the assistance.

We were also impressed by their business model of charging small fee per visit and the fact that they offered free training and free support.
